Q: How do I chose the color & size for my KVICKIT(s)?
A: After you pledge for your chosen reward, you will be able to answer a survey where you can specify color and size for you reward. Remember to make sure you know what you want as you can only fill in this survey once.
Q: Where does KVICKIT ship to?
A: KVICKIT ships currently mainly to Norway.
Q: Can I reuse KVICKIT?
A: Yes, you can. Even though KVICKIT is made to hold firmly on, it's pretty easy to remove. Just start in one of the corners and slowly pull off the pocket. Then you can stick it to your new laptop,
If you plan to put aside KVICKIT for a while, remember to take care of the original cover on back side of your KVICKIT.
Q: If I've removed the pocket, is it possible to re-attach?
A: Yes. How ever, the pocket is made to stick on firmly the first time, but not for taking on and off. So reuse 1-2 times is optimal.
Q: How did you get the idea?
A: The idea was there for many years, after seeing colleague and co-students hurrying between meetings and classrooms with their arms full. Time and time again they tried to balance objects on the laptop, which caused them to drop their things or have tremendous trouble with opening doors. The action for developing such an elastic pocket for the laptop was initiated in a dark winter night in Dec. 2015.
Q: Somebody must have thought of this already, right?
A: Actually not. We checked out internet in 2015 and found nothing. The first prototype was made on the kitchen counter in our home in Oslo. After trying them out on our own laptops and seeing the enthusiastic reactions from the people around us, we understood that this is something people have use for.
SHIPPING POLICY
It is critical that you enter your correct, valid address when placing your order. If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't get it because you’re not there, wrong address or moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.
Returns
Due to the pandemic, we are expending our return policy from 30 days to 90 days for delivery address out of Norway. For Norway it is 30 days.
If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacture.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), for example product with obvious signs of use.
